1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ansa (“the Service”), operated by Ansa (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ansa is an AI-powered phone attendant that answers incoming calls, has natural conversations with callers, and sends you notifications with call details. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process and respond to calls, and provides a phone number as part of your plan.

3. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology that has inherent limitations. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI systems can “hallucinate” — generating information that sounds plausible but is factually incorrect.
  • The AI may misunderstand caller intent, provide incorrect information about your business, or fail to handle calls as expected.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, call summaries, and any actions taken based on information provided by the Service.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated output. The Service should not be relied upon for emergency, medical, legal, or financial communications.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from AI-generated responses, including but not limited to misinformation provided to callers, missed or mishandled calls, or incorrect call summaries.

4. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for telephony, artificial intelligence, payment processing, and related infrastructure. Your use of the Service is subject to the respective providers' terms of service where applicable. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or conduct of third-party services. All telephony, call-minute, and phone-number charges are included in your Ansa plan pricing; you do not need a separate carrier account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications
  • Transmit spam, robocalls, or unsolicited communications
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any person
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

7. Privacy and Data

Call data, transcripts, and related information are stored to provide the Service. You are responsible for informing callers that their calls may be handled by an AI system and recorded, as required by applicable law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
